About Redrock Canyon Grill…
Redrock Canyon Grill serves Southwest and American food. It can also be casual or dressy like most grills. Redrock provides dinner every day and brunch on Sundays. Redrock had a positive atmosphere, the hostess greeted and seated you in a welcoming manner and after ordering your food it was brought out fairly quickly.
About our meal…
Overall we enjoyed dining at Redrock there food was very good. To start off our meal we enjoyed two starters that our server Monica recommend. Our first starter was Spinach Artichoke Dip, this didn’t wow us, but was just average. For our second starter we had the Stuffed Poblano, this had a zesty creamy taste with a kick at the end. Now for our dinner we had Texas “Chop House” Rotisserie Chicken Salad and John “B” Good Chicken Enchilada Platter. Both of these meals were excellent. The salad had lots of different flavors and was served with amazing corn bread and sauces, and the chicken enchiladas tasted pretty normal but turned out very good when eaten with the guacamole and salsa served with it. Lastly, for our finisher, we had the special an apple crisp, the cinnamon sugar crumble and ice cream were very sweet but this was balanced out by the apples.

Tips and Tricks:
- if you are looking for a smaller meal order a starter they come in sizes that are perfect for someone who isn’t very hungry
- when ordering the Rock Salad ask for any extra dressing to go (you can use this dressing for your own salads at home)
- make sure to ask your server what they enjoy most of the time you will enjoy this too
- try ordering corn bread with the chicken enchilada platter if you aren’t in the mood for rice
